How Your Online Consultation Works

If you are a new client please complete the New Patient History Questionnaire >>>
OR Click Here if you are an existing client who would like to organise a Follow Up Consultation.
After you submit your New Patient History Questionnaire or request for a Follow Up Consultation you will be asked to make a payment to Jenny Blondel via PayPal, your secure way to pay online.
Jenny will then contact you to schedule a consultation using Skype. If you do not have Skype please provide a land line number that Jenny can ring you on.
At this time you can also email or post your latest pathology reports. This includes blood tests, saliva hormone tests or other health assessments that have been undertaken recently.
