Follow Up Consultation

For reasons of distance or circumstances, a follow up consultations via phone or Skype are available. Phone and Skype consultations work surprisingly well. You book a time that suits you at work or home, and Jenny will give you a call. At the end of the consultation Jenny outlines your health goals, and recommend what you need to do or take. She then sends you a summary of these recommendations via email, as well as your receipt to claim from your health fund (if you are an Australian resident).

Consultation Costs

All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD).

• Phone and Skype:Initial (first) consultations - $120
• Phone and Skype: Second and further consultations $70
• Children and students: First consultations $90
• Children and students: Second and further consultations $60
• Mini-consultations 10-15 minutes (eg colds, pre-surgery etc.) phone, Skype or email $40

If you are suffering financial adversity please speak to Jenny about other options.

Medicine, if needed, is not included in the price.

Communication

Communication is very important to the healing process. If you have any questions or changes to your health between consultations please do not hesitate to contact Jenny. It is much better to have a quick chat or email at the time rather than wait until the next consultation. There is no charge for this service, except for medicine.

Health Funds & Payment

All accounts are to be paid at the time of consultation. Payment may be made using direct debit (bank transfer) and Paypal.

Depending on your medical insurance cover, naturopathic consultations are claimable. Generally, naturopathic medicines are not claimable from health funds.

Sending Medicines

If you require herbs or supplements between consultations, they can be sent to your home or office.
